We work with Homeowners to build their dreams, as well as Architechts, Engineers, Business Owners and Investors to see their vision become reality. Residential Construction

From basement finish, additions and pop-tops to scraping a lot and building that dream home, Zinga has you covered. With years of experience and an arsenal of references, we'll make sure you are comfortable with the entire building process from start to finish.

Commercial Construction

Zinga is also licensed and insured to build light weight commercial and multi-family structures. We have extensive experience with with "shaft wall" construction and all the fire codes and regulations that are involved with multi-family construction.

OUR TEAM

Zinga Construction, Inc. was founded in 2002 by Dave Van Doren. Dave has been involved in the construction industry since he was old enough to swing a hammer.

Before starting Zinga, Dave worked for Woodcrest Homes as a project superintendent, and for Gerald H. Phipps as a project engineer. Previously, he worked for several home building and remodeling companies.

Dave graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, and from Wentworth Institute of Technology with an Associate in Applied Science degree in Building Construction Technology.
